Placement Policy

  1. RLIMS Placement Team, hereinafter called “RLPT” has been constituted with a view to supporting students in placement counseling and placing them in the right job.
  2. Campus drive and Placement process normally commence from November month every year.
  3. Each student is entitled or given a minimum of 3 opportunities to attend interviews based on his/her interest and the specializations opted for.
  4. Once a student has received and accepted an offer, it will be considered as success in placement and he/she shall not be permitted to appear for any other interviews on campus, until other students are placed.
  5. During the entire recruitment process, RLPT will be the center point of contact. All the correspondence must be processed and routed through RLPT only.
  6. Student should adhere to formal dress code as per college rules during both on and off campus interviews.
  7. Students are required to inform RLPT of any correspondences received directly from placement companies. Student wishing to seek placement on their own must inform of it to RLPT in writing, signed by the student and his/her parents.
  8. Students should submit the declaration form and seek the clearance from RLPT for attending any off-campus drive.
  9. Once a student enrolls for an interview, he/she must attend the interview, failing which, it will be counted as one sitting irrespective of their actual participation.
  10. Students expressing unwillingness or seeking exemption from participating in recruitments must inform the RLPT team through official letter in writing with the signature of their parents and students
  11. Students should give the copy of their offer/appointment letter to RLPT team for record and institution audit purpose.
  12. Students have to make transport arrangements on their own to attend the off-campus drive.
